猪猪侠和阿五一起前往恐龙时代，调查并记录各种恐龙的生态资料，打造全宇宙最受欢迎的恐龙博物馆的故事。每一集，他们都会调查一种恐龙，而恐龙总会与他们产生各种各样奇妙的互动，使得调查的过程往往艰辛而滑稽，但他们也因此见识到恐龙不为人知的一面，并将这一幕幕情景记录成数据，带回博物馆。。在东洋第一的娱乐街·歌舞伎町经营着没有招牌的杂货店的李（森山未来饰），接二连三收到了各种各样的事件。事件中有着各种各样动机的人们蠢蠢欲动，必须一边解读背景一边寻找起因。因为如果不这样做，纠纷就会无谓地扩大，根本无法解决。落点是从经验和直觉中导出的。年轻时的李，有过因为判断失误而失去同居恋人的经验…。Bilbo Baggins the Hobbit was just minding his own business, when his occasional visitor Gandalf the Wizard drops in one night.
