A group of colleagues crash land on a mysterious island that they cannot escape. They discover they are not alone when they encounter an array of blood thirsty creatures and dinosaurs out to get them. Will they survive the island?。节目伊始，何炅从盲盒中跳出来，郎朗、萧敬腾、梁靖康、王勉、蔡程昱、钟汉良、杨迪等人给观众带来开场表演。游戏环节时，两队分别选择钟汉良、萧敬腾、王勉、张真源来进行挑战，陆续翻开数字中写着“空中飞轮”“士兵突击”“无影脚”等词语。随着大幕升起，“火线冲击”装置的出现，把大家拉回到23年前。何炅在现场大呼“起鸡皮疙瘩，回想起自己第一次代班主持《快乐大本营by:wap.qimiyingshi.net》。。
