本片由「小雲雀」顧媚擔綱主演，更有一群當紅歌星客串演出。這是一個有關歌星與記者的愛情奇緣喜劇，顧媚飾著名歌星小雲雀，自曼谷來香港演唱，巧遇陳厚飾的冒失記者劉仕泰；仕泰為刺探桃色事件內情，假扮南洋界娛樂鉅子親近小雲雀，期間笑料百出之餘，亦交往出真感情來。片中出現多首經典歌曲，包括顧媚主唱的《空虛的夢》、方逸華主唱的《花月佳期》及潘秀瓊主唱的《情人的眼淚》等。。伊斯坦布尔受到政治暴力的控制。 Hamza, 是一名高级政治官员，他从监狱里释放了 Kadir，条件是Kadir要在垃圾收集器的新情报单位工作。Kadir 答应了，开始从贫民窟收集垃圾，并检查它是否包含制造炸弹的材料。可Kadir 发现他的弟弟Ahmet身在其中，Ahm et 在市政当局工作，并负责一件清除流浪汉的行动……。Porn has gone mainstream| the question is, can we handle it?
