内蒙古某大漠村庄，因为没有大路，产妇死在去医院的路上。村长社长都出外打工了，前任村支书、老党员老万，苦等旗委书记巴音的到来。巴音下到村里体察民情，拨款修通了村道，群众万分高兴，命名为“心连心路”。。Since the uprising of a pro-Russian insurgency in eastern Ukraine in 2014, hundreds of women joined the army. Only a few made it to the front line. Filmmaker Masha embeds herself in the war zone to follow the daily life of the three of them.。
