在遥远的格博特朗行星，正发生一场机器人之间的大战。这些机器人具有可变形成为交通工具或者武器的功能，而如今他们赖以生存的能源正日渐枯竭。 正义的一方称作“守卫者”，由可变形成战斗机的里得王领导。邪恶的一方称作“反叛者”，由可变形为摩托的萨尔魔率领。他们为了能源大打出手，直至将战场移到地球，你来我往，展开连番恶斗…… 百变雄狮的原型为美国Tonka公司在1982年生产的名为Go-Bots的机器人玩具，它们是比Transformers（变形金刚）更早出现的可变形的概念化机器人。但最终因制作粗糙、设计简陋败给后者。。A medieval town being terrorised by demonic beasts transformed from woodland creatures by a powerful and vile witch. Now, a brave witch hunter and his warrior band must venture into the forest to confront the monstrous creatures and put an end to the witch’s dark magic。
