女出租车司机帕蒂遇到了一个奇怪的乘客，他头被打破了还忘记了自己的身份。正当帕蒂想帮他找回记忆的时候，却突然发现他可能是一宗谋杀案的凶手，然而事情并没有想象中那么简单。。。。"Daughters of the Dust" tells the story of a family of African-Americans who have lived for many years on a Southern offshore island, and of how they come together one day in 1902 to celebrate their ancestors before some of them leave for the North. The film is narrated by an unborn child, and ancestors already dead also seem to be as present as the living.。
